| Role | The Vale Medical Group are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Pharmacist to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimising medication therapy and improving patient outcomes. The successful candidate will become part of our Clinical Pharmacy team which consists of one other Clinical Pharmacist and a Pharmacy Technician. The position is for a minimum of 30 hours per week, spread over four to five days. |
